From the intersection of   I-526W and Hwy 17 South Take Hwy 17S 19.2 miles
To Hwy 174 Turn Left towards Edisto Island.  Stay on Hwy 174 18 miles and Edisto Island Serpentarium in on the Left.

Beaufort, SC to Edisto Island Serpentarium
Approx. 15.5 miles on US-21 to Right on US-17N Go 28.9 miles and turn Right on Hwy 174 toward Edisto Island. Stay on Hwy 174 18 miles and Edisto Island Serpentarium in on the Left.

Summerville, SC to Edisto Island Serpentarium
